        The purpose of this procurement procedure is to provide EUTM-S with Internet connectivity services. The Internet capacity should be of 50 Mbps download/upload (full duplex) on a lease base with end-to-end optical fibre service. The supplier will provide a public IP address for the EUTM-S network and arrange for the installation.

      4. Description of the procurement:

        Internet capacity of 50 Mbps download/upload (full duplex) with end-to-end optical fibre service Internet connectivity including the installation and arrangements (installation included).

        EUTM-S also needs a public IP address for the network.

        Assistance:

        The contractor shall provide support services, like for instance a full and complete assistance 24 hours per day. Support services are mainly aimed at troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the service provided.

        The incident resolution time should be maximum 4 hours. In the event the Internet connectivity is disrupted it should be restored within 48 hours.

        The downtime period must not be more than 48 hours.
